Explore Contrada Figazzano, a delightful trulli village, and learn about the dry stone walls, the history of the trulli and wine making in Itria Valley as well as travel along a stretch of the Apulian Aqueduct, the largest in Europe.
Along the way, view the spontaneous flora with particular reference to edible plants and traditional use and meet the locals who will offer freshly harvested garden produce, from fresh broad beans in the spring to the baratters, typicalsummer melons.
